Find the office, check the details, fix what’s wrong.
Built around the questions referral coordinators answer every day, not a generic list of names.
Search
Search the way a referral is written
Pick a specialty, then narrow it by tag (a subspecialty, service, procedure, test or condition), insurance, town or county and the patient’s age. Taking new patients, Spanish spoken and Include closed offices switch on with one press, and the name box finds any office, practice or person.
By group puts each office under its group and practice; Every office lists them one by one, with Sort and Columns.
Save up to ten searches on your account, or copy a link to the exact search.
Export the offices on the page as a spreadsheet file, up to 100.
Every office: each result with its town, new-patient answer and phone.
Demo clinic with sample data. Numbers shown are not live.
Office
Everything about an office on one card
Phone and fax copy with one press. Below them: who they see, which insurance they take plan by plan, and how long the wait is.
Every record says when it was last checked, by your team or by the data hygiene engine, not just when it was edited.
Mark verified stamps today’s date and your name once you’ve checked with the office.
My notes are yours alone: nobody else can read them.
Open any office: its record slides in beside the list.
Suggest a change
Fix one office, or a whole group at once
Suggest a change is on every record. You edit a copy, and Review shows exactly what changes, before and after.
On a group or a place, Suggest a change for these offices edits every office under it together, up to 50.
Choose the offices your search showed, or every office under the group, then fill in only what should change.
Can’t find an office? Add an office checks for a duplicate as you type its name.
One suggestion for every office in a group.
Updates and data
Suggested changes are reviewed
Suggestions land in Updates and data. Advanced and Master users open each one, see every office before and after, fix a typo in place, then approve it for everyone or reject it with a reason the sender reads.
Directory history keeps every approved or rejected update, newest first.
When something you sent is decided, you see it in the app.
Updates and data: a pending update open for a decision.
Tickets
Ask or report from any page
Ask a question or report a problem from any page, and see which team it goes to before you send it. Every reply stays with the ticket.
Report a problem on an office sends a ticket already linked to it.
Each team sees its own new tickets: take one, reply, or move it where it belongs.
Report a problem on an office: the ticket is linked to it for you.
Master dashboard
What needs you, first thing
Masters start from one page: changes waiting for review, tickets waiting for a Master, and records going out of date. Below them, how complete the directory is and whether searches come up empty.
Analytics shows searches, sign-ins and thin spots: specialties people search for that have few offices.
Masters add people, set their access level, arrange teams and read the activity log.
The Master dashboard: what needs you, then how the directory is doing.
Tour
A guided tour on the real screens
The tour shows the app one thing at a time, on the page it describes. Try each step yourself: nothing you do during the tour is saved or sent.
Each person sees only the parts their access level can use.
Replay it any time from your account menu, from the start or from any part.
The tour: try each step yourself on the real screen.
Privacy and safety
Built around office details, not patient records.
Office details only. No patient records, two-step sign-in, and a record of every change to the directory.
No patient records
ReferralFinderX holds offices, practices and groups. It is not a patient list, a medical record or an appointment book.
Patient info check
Text boxes refuse anything that looks like a patient identifier, in the browser and again on the server, before it is saved. A daily check clears any stored text that matches.
Two-step sign-in
A 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, on top of your password. Lose your phone and a Master at your clinic can reset it.
Support visits in the app are logged
If ReferralFinderX support opens your clinic’s data through the app, the visit is recorded and your Masters see it under Owner visits. Direct database access for backups and repairs is outside that log; the Privacy Policy explains both.
Nothing to install
The app sets no tracking cookies and installs nothing on staff computers. This page loads nothing from other companies. Alpha applications and contact messages go to our application server, which emails them to us.
Built on trusted ground
Built on names you already trust. Cloudflare serves every page from its global network: fast, encrypted and hardened against attacks. Render runs our server and scales with us, backed by its SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 reports. Supabase runs our database and sign-in, encrypted in transit and at rest. Every partner is listed in our Privacy Policy.
Four access levels
Each person sees only what their level can use.
